She was the daughter of the late Robert and Geraldine (Palmer) Bartell. She was the devoted wife of the late E. Marlet Dickensheets. Barbara is survived by her three children: Robert Dale Bartell of York, PA; Tony Marlet Dickensheets of Capell, TX; Tricia Kay Strickland of Columbia, MD; her sister, Judy Sparr of York, PA; her beloved grandsons, Nigel and Liam Strickland; and many other loving extended family members and dear friends. She died from cardiopulmonary arrest.
