Douglass Kollmar and his wife Gail of Spring Grove, PA and Jonathan Mark Kollmar and his wife Rachel of Chalfont, PA, four grandchildren: David Kollmar, Elizabeth Kollmar, and Julia Kollmar of Spring Grove and Grace Kollmar of m Chalfont, his brother Gregg Kollmar and his wife Donna, and 3 nephews Frederick Veit, Paul Veit, and Ian Kollmar. His cause of death was Probable Myocardial infarction, hypertension, systolic congestive heart failure.
